STRENGTH

Our strength sessions are designed to build raw strength, improve movement quality, and boost muscle endurance.

This isn't just about lifting heavy - it's about training smart. Our sessions are built on the science of progressive overload, ensuring your body is constantly adapting and getting measurably stronger without burnout. You'll work with barbells, kettlebells, and your own bodyweight to build balanced, functional power.

But what truly sets us apart is our ethos. We've built a community that lifts each other up. Members often work in pairs and groups to push one another in a fun, empowering, and safe environment.

SWEAT

This concept is a high-energy, rep-based showdown designed to torch calories, boost endurance, and leave you feeling strong. It’s all about teamwork, smart pacing, and pushing your limits with simple, effective exercises.

We use a no-nonsense approach to get you results, focusing on Metcons and AMRAPs to keep your energy high and your body moving. Whether you're training for an event, just want to feel fitter, or enjoy fast-paced and high-energy sessions—this is the one for you!

N.B. Every exercise is designed to be accessible and can be scaled - with lighter weights, lower reps, or adjusted movements - to suit your individual level.

LIFT CLUB

The first rule of Lift Club is: You do not talk about Lift Club!

Our Lift sessions are built on a progressive, 6-week program dedicated to mastering the snatch and clean & jerk - two foundational Olympic lifts that build explosive power, full-body strength, and elite athleticism.

Each week, you’ll refine technique under expert guidance in a supportive small-group setting. Our goal is to make you stronger and more confident with every session, encouraging your body to adapt and overcome.

 

TRX MAX & PILATES

STRENGTH | BALANCE | ENDURANCE

Expect to push your limits. Combining the total-body challenge of TRX with the high-intensity flow of Dynamic Pilates, this class will build functional strength, increase your endurance, and redefine what you're capable of.

UPPER BODY

This is an expertly designed session that goes beyond just lifting weights. 

Over the session, we target your arms, shoulders, back, and chest with a smart, 6-week progressive plan. We blend heavy strength work with high-energy finishers to build muscle and mobility while torching calories. 

This session isn't just about the science; it's built on our ethos here at Stronger For Longer of lifting each other up. 

LOWER BODY

Systematically strengthen your lower body - targeting your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and core - with a focus on progressive training. Using a combination of barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements, these sessions are designed to build a powerful and resilient foundation.

The training is not only methodical to ensure its effectiveness, but it is also built on our community ethos of lifting each other up. 

WTF'RIDAY

Finish the week strong with our high-energy partner workout.

This session is designed to push you outside of your comfort zone and into your potential using chippers, partner work, and high-rep stations to curate a challenging class. Using a huge range of equipment, this workout will push your strength, stamina, and teamwork to the max.

Whether you're training for an event, just want to feel fitter, or enjoy a high-energy session with a little friendly rivalry - this is the one for you! Expect to leave ready to take on the weekend feeling unstoppable.

CIRCIUTS

This class is all about building a stronger, fitter you. Our circuit sessions are designed to push you outside your comfort zone using high-intensity strength and cardio intervals. With minimal rest, you'll move through a variety of exercises to maximise your energy output and get a full-body workout.

Whether you're looking to boost your fitness, build confidence, or just love a fast-paced, high-energy session, this one's for you.

KUNDALINI YOGA

Ever feel like you just can't switch off? Our Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic and energising practice that combines movement, meditation, and mantras to help you connect your mind and body. We know how important it is to feel supple and centred for your performance.

Join us for just 60 minutes and use powerful breathing techniques to improve lung capacity, release toxins, and promote the relaxation you need. 

This practice is designed to help you boost your metabolism, strengthen your body, and find the balance you need to perform at your best, both in and out of the gym.

HOME EDUCATION

These sessions are built on our core philosophy of "Stronger For Longer." We focus on building a resilient body for a healthy future, while also fostering social skills and encouraging a positive, empowering environment.

What We Cover:

Foundational Movements: Children will learn to master the basics of movement, including pushing, pulling, squatting, and hinging.

Progressive Skills: Our small-group training uses progressive techniques to build strength and coordination, tailored to each child's needs.

Confidence & Community: We focus on lifting each other up, with children working together to build confidence and celebrate their successes in a welcoming, fun, and supportive setting.

This program is not only driven by a science-based approach to ensure its effectiveness and safety, but it's built on a belief that fitness should be a joyful and empowering journey.

STRONGER FOR KIDS (5-12)

These sessions are built on progressive, functional training techniques to help them build strength, confidence, and athleticism in a supportive environment.

We've adapted key principles and  focus on the key movements children need to feel capable and confident. This program is not just driven by a science-based approach to ensure its effectiveness, it is built on our ethos of lifting each other up.

What We Do:

Build Foundational Strength: We use functional movements to help children build a strong and resilient body that lasts a lifetime.

Encourage Progression: Your child will learn how to adapt and overcome new challenges, both physically and mentally.

Foster a Community: We are a team. Our sessions are built around teamwork, where kids work together to encourage one another in a fun and empowering environment.

This is more than just fitness; it’s an action-packed adventure where your child can feel capable, strong, and ready to take on the world.

STRONGER FOR TEENS (12-17)

Our teen-specific sessions are designed to build confidence, resilience, and functional fitness through progressive training techniques. Our program is a safe and empowering environment where teenagers can adapt, overcome, and grow stronger together.

This program is not only built on science to ensure its effectiveness, it is also built on the ethos of Stronger For Longer—that by lifting each other up, we can all reach our potential. Teens will often work in pairs or groups to further push one another in a fun, positive, and empowering environment.

What We Cover:

Foundational Principles: Learn the fundamentals of strength, endurance, and proper movement in a safe, small-group setting.

Progressive Training: We teach techniques that build strength and skill over time, so you can see real, measurable progress.

Confidence & Community: This is about more than just fitness. It's about building self-confidence, forming new friendships, and becoming part of a supportive community.
