KUNDALINI YOGA with THE HEALING JAY (1 session)

A dynamic and energising practice that combines movement, meditation, and mantras to help you connect your mind and body. Often called "the breathing yoga," this practice is designed to help you release stress, improve your mental clarity, and build a more resilient body and mind.
